Butterflies

I am a homemaker in England and this is my first attempt at trompe l'oeill.

It isn't perfect. I couldn't seem to get the shadows right, and that was juggling a torch in one hand and paper butterfly on a stick in the other! There must be an easier way, I'm sure. But it was fun and i would do it again. The project was small. The fake window is 50cms by 40 cms.
