Re; stiff neck

I do factor a stiff neck and shoulders when I bid a ceiling job, (chiropractor/massage) haha! This particular ceiling, I was able to just use an 8' ladder. I keep a variety of ladders and a mini scaffold in my supplies, but I do rent scaffolding if the job calls for it. Be careful and take lots of breaks! Have a helper if needed. By all means, if this is your business, not hobby, be insured!

How did you get up there to paint that? Did you use scaffolding and lay on your back? Did you get a stiff neck?
I've been asked to paint a ceiling and am wondering how to approch it.
